This resort suits me perfectly with its infinity pool, kids' play area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff offered a cold drink to help me cool off. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Location: the hotel was close enough to various activities, ayurvedic clinics and spas outside of the resort and other facilities.

Amazing Nature Getaway!
Had a blast with my family! The cottages were cozy and the views were fine. My daughters loved the zip-lining and fish spa. We also had a great breakfast every morning. Just wish the service at the restaurant could've been quicker during busy hours.

The room was big and fabulous with absolutely breathtaking views, a flat-screen TV, a safe and coffee/tea making equipment. The bathroom was clean, with a bathtub. The location was favourable and best possible, so close to luxuriois jungle and ayurvedic clinics and spas outside of the resort too and a restaurant called 1980 and easily accessible.

nice location but service needs attention
The area is lovely, surrounded by beautiful nature. I found the standard queen room comfortable and well-maintained. There were plenty of activities to enjoy without leaving the premises. The garden view offered tranquility.
The service occasionally fell short during busy times.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy ambiance of the cottage and the tasty dinner buffet. There are lovely pools for a refreshing swim and a relaxing spa if you want some pampering. Just a heads up, the walk to the main area can be a bit steep, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

The location is fine, surrounded by lush greenery. The breakfast spread included various tasty options that I loved. The staff was super friendly. While I enjoyed the activities available, like zip-lining, the service at peak times could use improvement. My room was nice but a bit far from the reception was good. I think more seating areas would enhance comfort for seniors. It was like a refreshing getaway, but the slow service and steep walkways detracted from the experience.

A morning walk to nearby tea plantation was refreshing. the staff was courteous and helpful. We had access to many paid and unpaid activities. we appreciated two complementary offers provided.
We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the building or restaurants. There were no small towels or shower caps in the rooms, and the chairs were not clean.
